2. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are representative — actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
3. Pricing
All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (Rs.) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price shown at the time of your order confirmation is the price you'll pay.
4. Ordering
Orders can be placed through our website or via WhatsApp. An order confirmation from our team constitutes a binding agreement. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
5. Delivery
We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Cash on Delivery
COD is our primary payment method. Payment is collected in cash at the time of delivery. If you refuse delivery, you may be charged a return shipping fee.
7. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 3 days of delivery for eligible items. Please refer to our Exchange Policy page for full details.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and designs — belongs to Charm Outfits. Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Charm Outfits is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of your order.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
